Hamburg - the gateway to the world
Hamburg is the second largest city in Germany with more than 1.8 million inhabitants. The metropolis is located on the Elbe and Alster and is known among other things for its impressive port. Take a harbor tour in Hamburg and admire the famous Elbphilharmonie and the Speicherstadt.
When it comes to football, the special thing about Hamburg is that it is home to two big clubs: HSV and St. Pauli. You can book stadium tours in the big Volksparkstadion of HSV as well as in the Millerntorstadion of St. Pauli! In Hamburg you will not get bored, that's a guarantee.

Tournament facility of HSV
HSV Sports Facility
The tournament will be held at the Norderstedt sports grounds of Hamburger SV. The sports facility, located north of Hamburg's city center, has eleven top-quality ptiches and offers the participating teams the perfect conditions for a great tournament. Many of the accommodations are only a few minutes away and a large swimming pool can be found right next to the sports facility.
The sports facility is also very close to the Hamburg airport and is very easy to reach by public transport, you can be in the city center of Hamburg within about 25 minutes.

Leisure activities
Arriba swimming pool
In the adventure pool next to the sports facility you get free admission one time. With an outdoor area, six great slides and a cool wave pool, it's perfect for a short break!
HSV Stadium
The Volksparkstadion is the home ground of the HSV and you have the chance to visit both the stadium and the museum: marvel at the 57,000-seat stadium!
St. Pauli stadium
The special thing about Hamburg is that it is home to two football clubs, so you have a choice: The Millerntor is home to St. Pauli, which is also worth a stadium tour!
Sightseeing
Of course, there are many places in Hamburg that you should see! Great sights of Hamburg are e.g. the Landungsbrücken (harbor), the Speicherstadt, the Außenalster, the Michel, and the Rathausmarkt!
Miwula
Hamburg and many other places in miniature format. Visit the Miniatur Wunderland and see the 1,040 trains, 263,000 figures, 9,250 cars and 4,340 buildings!
Harbour tour
When visiting Hamburg, a harbor tour is a must! Sail on a boat through the harbor and get a very special view of the Elbphilharmie, the container terminals and the Speicherstadt.

Arrival to the tournament
Hamburg is the second largest city in Germany and is located on the Elbe and Alster rivers in northern Germany. The metropolis can be reached very well by many train and air connections! Of course, the tournament can also be easily reached by car or bus. On site, the tournament facility is well connected to public transport, so you can be in the city center of Hamburg within half an hour!

Travel expense coverage
Secure your booking with the travel coverage & do not take any risk in case of illness, injury, quarantine or other illness-related absences. By presenting a doctors certificate, all already paid participant costs will be refunded.
Travel coverage can be booked up to two weeks before the start of the tournament. The insurance can only be booked for the entire group. The claim of the travel expenses insurance must be made at the latest 24 hours before the start of the tournament. The notification of absence due to illness must be communicated in writing by mail and certified by a qualitative medical certificate.
You will receive the travel insurance for 10 € per person.

You as a trainer contact us and we send you further information and the prices for a possible participation. At the same time we will reserve you a starting place for three weeks without obligation.
Discuss accommodation/arrival
First you discuss with your team and the parents and see which accommodation and travel fits best. We have reserved the starting spots for you!
Complete registration
Once you have made your decision, you can then complete the binding registration with us via the online registration form.
Make changes?
Afterwards you will receive a confirmation and have the possibility to make changes. Two weeks before the LAOLA Cup you will receive all further important information.
